Kihlstadius will be responsible for strategy development and for executing the sales and operational direction for the Employment Process Solution business within the Spherion Outsourcing Group. Bonnie S. Tichman is appointed director of marketing of Spherion Outsourcing Group. Tichman brings 15 years of experience in the human resources and outsourcing industry as a marketing and sales executive, management consultant and practitioner. Tichman will be responsible for overall marketing programs related to Spherion Outsourcing Group's services and technology solutions. She joins Spherion from
Michael L. Whitmer is appointed director of Technology of Spherion Outsourcing Group. Whitmer brings 14 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. He will be responsible for developing the strategy to strengthen the technology infrastructure for Spherion Outsourcing Group. Whitmer joins Spherion from Witness Systems, where as director of Technology Strategy he was responsible for driving strategic partnerships, growth opportunities and technology integration efforts. Whitmer successfully re-designed two versions of Witness’ flagship software suite “eQuality™” and developed an award-winning web self-service recording application “E-quality™ Discover” used in call center environments.
