Archer’s session, “Interviewing and Hiring the Right Financial Professional,” will be held on Monday, November 4 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. In today’s “do more with less” environment, Archer shares the critical steps employers must take to hire and retain valuable candidates. He will explore the legal implications of hiring and discuss the best ways to assess, interview and evaluate the candidate pool.
In his address, Archer will provide proven methods to help employers:
- Quickly and accurately identify viable candidates
- Ask the right interview questions and clue in on non-verbal communication
- Determine which candidates possess the characteristics to make a meaningful contribution to the company
- Entice the ideal candidate to accept the position
