Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., May 15, 2000—Interim Services Inc. (NYSE:IS), a leading human capital management company, today acquired Wilson White Associates Ltd., the 5th largest provider of IT recruiting and contracting in New Zealand, in a cash transaction. Wilson White, founded in 1980, had revenues of NZ$5.3 million for calendar year 1999 and operates through two locations in – Auckland and Wellington . Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Wilson White will be integrated into Interim Technology Consulting, a global leader in providing Information Technology solutions to premier companies worldwide with a significant presence in North America , , the , and Asia .

The transaction is particularly significant to Interim Technology’s IT recruiting and contracting business in , as it represents its entrée into the market in those areas. With locations in all major commerce centers in the Australia/New Zealand marketplace, Interim Technology can now provide a full-range of IT services to clients locally and worldwide, many of whom have operations throughout and have already expressed the need to extend IT recruiting and contracting services to those operations. In addition, the Wilson White operation will leverage the hundreds of IT professionals graduating from Interim’s IT Institutes. The Institutes provide certified vocational training for individuals seeking IT industry qualification and cross-training for existing technology professionals. In a market characterized by short supply of IT workers, Interim Technology’s ability to recruit and place these highly-skilled graduates creates a significant competitive advantage. Wilson White’s three principles, Directors Doug White, Ross Stewart and Grahame Bilby, will retain their current scopes of responsibility.
