Interim Acquires Internet Solutions Company Strengthens I/T Services Offerings In The Netherlands

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., February 28, 2000—Interim Services Inc. (NYSE: IS), one of the world's largest IT service providers, acquired Applied Internet Consultancy (AIC) Group B.V. in a cash transaction. AIC, founded in 1997, has rapidly positioned itself as a leading provider of front-end e-business solutions in the , from concept through design and development, with projected 2000 revenues of $2 million. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

 

AIC will be integrated into Interim Technology, a business unit of Interim Services Inc. with significant presence in North America, Australia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Asia.
