SPHERION SCHEDULES ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., February 26, 2004 — Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN) today announced that its annual stockholders’ meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at the executive offices of Spherion. The Spherion executive offices are located at 2050 Spectrum Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309. Stockholders of record as of March 24, 2004 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
