FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 3, 2007 -- Spherion Corporation, a recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider, today announced it has been listed by Gartner, Inc. in the challenger quadrant in the Magic Quadrant report for Help Desk Outsourcing Services, North America, 2006(1).
This report evaluates 22 vendors in the help desk arena and provides an analysis to help customers make better-informed decisions when selecting solution providers, their services or products.
According to Gartner, vendors listed in the 2006 Help Desk Outsourcing Services Magic Quadrant report are evaluated on two key criteria: ability to execute and completeness of vision. Criteria for Quadrant designation included: product or service, sales execution or pricing, marketing execution, customer experience, operations, market responsiveness and track record, client innovation and overall visibility.
