The report evaluates vendors in the help desk arena, and provides an analysis to help customers make better-informed decisions when selecting solution providers, their services or products.
According to Gartner, vendors listed in the 2005 Help Desk Outsourcing Services Magic Quadrant report are evaluated on two key criteria’s: ability to execute and completeness of vision. Criteria for Quadrant designation included: service-level agreements, metrics and measurement programs, market innovation, client references and continuous improvement/quality assurance processes. Spherion was placed in the Challenger quadrant.
