FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN) today announced that Rebecca Callahan will become president of SourceRight Solutions. This appointment underscores Spherion's commitment to expanding one of its key divisions and complements the recent rebranding of Spherion RPO to SourceRight Solutions. Under Callahan's leadership, SourceRight Solutions will deliver an expanded suite of integrated sourcing strategies that include recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service programs and contingent workforce compliance solutions.

The company plans to introduce its expanded service line under the SourceRight Solutions brand in November.

Callahan joined Spherion in 2003 as vice president of the assessment group, followed by a role as senior vice president of sales where she was instrumental in the development of the company's client acquisition strategy. She has more than 20 years of extensive sales and business operations experience in the services industry and has held senior sales positions at both private and publicly traded companies including Blue Pumpkin Software and PageNet.
